We had one night to spend in Las Vegas on our trip, so we chose to stay in one of the famous casino hotels directly on Las Vegas Boulevard and selected the Caesar's Palace as we knew it from that "Friends" episode. :-) If you hadn't been there before, the experience is quite overwhelming indeed, we didn't expect the hotel to be THAT big (though I read it was very big). We payed extra for an upgrade to have a room overlooking the Bellagio fountain (which was a good decision because of the Formula 1 preparation there wasn't a chance to see the fountain directly from the street). Room was big and comfortable and fortunately didn't completely pick up the "fake Roman" theme of the casino (I liked it, but it would have been too much to have statues etc. also in the room).

The location of the property was ideal. Center of the strip. You are simply paying for the name of the hotel & I don’t think the rooms were 5-star quality. They did accommodate my mom who needed wheelchair assistance. The hotel is beautiful ! Staff was a rude and there was total chaos at the front desk. They have self-check in but the wait for the room key is insane!! Surprisingly the checkout was much easier and quicker!!

- The vibes / decoration, the Caesar theme is very strong and consistent throughout the casino and the forum shops - The view from the room was great - Pablo at the check-in desk got us a room upgrade for $50 / night to a room double the size of our original booking, plus we were able to check in at 13:00 instead of 16:00 - Location is great; you can walk to all the major hotels

Sarah

The location was perfect for us since we had tickets to see Garth Brooks at the theater. There is a decent selection of restaurants although heavily geared towards “celebrity chefs” which is reflected on the inflated prices. It is on a good spot on The Strip. Staff is friendly. Quiet rooms.

Barbara

The location of the hotel on the Las Vegas strip. The Forum Shops on premises. The food and restaurant options in the hotel. The registration staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Good and clean feel throughout the hotel. The room was very spacious.
